Recommending another individual user for access is easy using the XAP portal. If you know of someone that is interested in joining the system and you’re willing to vouch for them, you can recommend them under the account menu, and then “Recommend a User”. You will want to make sure they understand that the SWCRS is a linked system and what that means, know the major rules, and that you believe they’ll be respectful of the other users.
Once you’ve submitted the form, the portal automatically creates an account for them and instantly sends them and email with instructions on how to log in and complete their profile (so make sure they check their inbox, including spam folder). Once their profile is completed, they are placed in the approval queue with the admin team, and once approved will have full access to everything on this portal.
